It's simple. You can try out www.mail4group.com/x/rf . There you can easily create a group account and invite all your friends to your mail group by sending them e-mail or facebook invitations. Everyone is login in by his/her address e-mail but you use one shared e-mail address to communicate in group. It's really simple and is working pretty good. Our friends group is using it for almost year. :) Hope this is what you're seeking for.
