Using iChat, can i chat to people who are using msn messenger?

i dont know how to use ichat or even add people. what is bonour? i keep seeing it a lot and apparently i have an account which i havent created but i have no contacts. i want to add ...show more

You can't chat to msn contacts in iChat, just AIM and other iChat users. Bonjour is a chat between macs on your local network. Just download MSN for mac, it's not great but meh. You could also use Adium which is nicer than msn for mac but lacks some features.
