Hm, Well I think you should give that person one more chance. Tell them why you dont want them on your computer. If they dont listen to you even when you asked again then I think you should change your password. Passwords are meant to keep away people you do not trust. So use them wisely. So your asking how to block this person or to simply kick them off? If they continue on doing it, tell me and ill help you with your issue. What possibly can this person be doing on your computer in the first place?
