Well, heres a few things you can try. 1. First thing's first you need to check if the webcam even works. Try testing it record a few videos take a few pictures. If it doesnt, then you probably need to get the CD or download the software from the website of the brand of your webcam. 2. Make sure you enable it on MSN. Im not sure exactly but i believe its in preferences, if not just look around the menu bar's options. It's going to ask you to test your webcam and that should work then. Hope it helps -Chris
