i suggest asking other people who have the person on their msn, ask them if the person is online. if they are and you cant see them online on your list, they've blocked you

Block lists serverside only stay "I will appear offline to this user." Therefor there is NO method of finding who has blocked you. if they're never on, then suspect so?
