If a message came up saying you were signed in on another account, someone probably has your password. As for the people sending the links, it may not be them, their computer would be infected with the virus and auto trying to spread. Just don't click the links or accept files from those users. Make sure you know any link that you click. If you use common sense, you won't get a virus & the best way to get rid of them is to clear your harddrive. You could also buy expensive software or give your money and privacy away to a company like geek squad, which I don't suggest. It is a rip off.
