when I try to call people on msn video call it says my request goes thru, but my friends never receive them. And, when my friends call me I never get their calls. Please help me ...show more

Sometimes a computer restart can be a simple fix to many msn issues, also try reinstalling the Windows Live software, make sure you and your friend have the newest versions. Those are the basic fixes for this issue.
