What is the best site to learn french from home?

Use Bootstrap or one of the static site generators to make blog?

• I was wondering what might be best? I use Amazon Cloudfront to host my business site that I created with Bootstrap. Now I want to add a blog, I really dont want to learn too much Python or Ruby type stuff, I have high level skills in PHP, jQuery,Less. I was even thinking to just make my own system in PHP, it would probably take as much time as learning or messing with one of these generators to get it working how I want. Has anyone else made a decision like this? My blog will have about a 3-4 posts per month

  For a static site generator, my experience is that Jekyll is one of the easiest to use. Frozen Flask isn't too bad either. If you're open to a more CMS-based approach, consider checking out Ghost (https://ghost.org/). It's easy to tweak the appearance in terms of CSS and HTML and it's more image-friendly.
