Which schools offer higher studies in design after a degree in computer science engineering in India?

Currently I am in final year of CSE in India .I am not good in programming and my skills are below average,still i have interest in CS stream. I like to study designing after my engineering in India or abroad . which are the design courses i can take where i can still contribute in CS stream or Technology with my design skills
