If people would just take the time to understand what a great sport it is, there wouldnt be so many haters. I hate when people make judgements about me liking NASCAR- like "how can you watch a bunch of cars race around a track 500 times?" sometimes i dont even have the energy to explain to them that NASCAR is so much more than that. *huge fan//always will be//HENDRICK boyz forever**

i totally agree with everything that has been written. but the fact of it all is that people will continue to pick on NASCAR and the fans so our best bet as true fans is to just ignore them and go on with our lives and enjoy the races!!

I agree with the second answer they (haters) just want us (fans!) to feel bad for them because they have nothing better to do then diss on a sport that they don't bother to understand.
