How much do you charge for advertising on a website?

How much should i charge to build a website advertising a hair salon? Someone throw a figure at me??

  Well, I would base it on the time it will take to develop it and whether or not you will purchase any software or art for the website. If it is for a friend or family member, then maybe 25.00 - 30.00 dollars per hours of worktime. And really get it done quick. You can do a "mock" website to get an idea of the time involved, then provide the hair salon with an estimate based on that, you may want to offer the hair salon one or two "revisions". Make sure you put in a disclaimer that says the estimate is an approximate price and the final amount due may be higher or lower than the estimated price. If not go higher. I charged 75.00 per hour for being on site at a place to straighten out their computers ( data entry errors).
