As mentioned before content is very dependent on a users intent or their specific task. "I'll just jump online and find out?" or "Google it... I am sure the answer is out there" Intent and purpose, you could create content on anything... I often look for news, finance and sport..all content that is pretty well covered by the major players. good luck!
