You would probably get pay per click ads. that could cost $1 per click or more. Actually you get nearly 4 x the coverage with google Adwords ads you can see on the right side their search results. Actually Facebook ads are probably the easiest to use. All 3 of thee example ad systems an Geo target ads, so you only pay for viewers within driving distance. Realistically you probably jut want to use free online classified ads, although Craigslist is the biggest in the U.S. they don't allow pet for sales ads, only adoption ads are allowed.
