What are some good marketing ideas for commercial real estate?

Marketing Assistant trying to excel in commercial real estate. Any great Marketing / Advertising Ideas??

    STOP coming up with Marketing Ideas! If you are as good as you suggest the lack of new good ideas coming from your area will begin to effect sales. When that happens you need to be patient. Typically poor sales spawn a change in marketing and then you must be ready to step up to the plate. Funny how a down trend in sales can kill a Marketing Director (Manager / VP / Poobah / EXPENDABLE) but, them there good ol’ boys in sales will be there until the company closes doors. PROPHETIC WARNING: It seems that the downfall of creative people is that they can’t turn it off, any more than unscrupulous “glory grabbers” can. You must control your instinct to help out or you will never get credit for your ideas. “If you are playing hardball, wear a cup!”
