What are some different but great techniques to study for a test?

I need help!! SHSAT test in 2 weeks!!!! Any last minute study techniques? Trying to get into Stuyvesant?

  dude i remember studying for this test 2 years ago. first of all dont stress over it. you know how most people want to get into stuy or bronx sci, it doesn't really matter. its colleges that matter the most. you won't understand what i really mean right now but on the SHSAT i procrastinated and ended up with a 500 [which is bad for me]..i refused to go to brooklyn tech, b/c i realized that Forest hills h.s. is just as good. maintaining a high gpa in a specialized hs [especially stuy] is VERY hard...trust me..my brother goes there..i don't mean to lower your spirits or anything..but all i have to say is that if you're willing then go for it, and study by reviewing math. for english and scrambled paragraphs [you should have been practicing that for a while by now] ..i know this may seem repetitive to you, but these are the words from my brother who has a gpa of 92, while i have a gpa of 99 [going to forest hills hs].."its not what high school that matters the most, its what college you end up in"..so relax..and the more you stress for this test the worse you'll do..just focus on english alot..since that's the problem with most high schoolers..my brother's advice: well he's been reading novels..and never stopped. READ..alot..always..good luck
