psp because the screen is actually pretty convenient. there's the music section, game, and video all seperate. you also have a analog thing to control it. i think you can also surf the web on the psp. the touch may have problems bercause it has a touch screen.

ipod touch u cant play good games but with a psp, the battery lasts longer, you can play lots of music and play good games. Touch screen tends to freeze a lot too.
