Well, I got bit by one yesterday (my dog has fleas -_-) and I just put peroxide on it to clean it... You could try putting neosporin, and then a bandaid? I dunno, but you HAVE to get some flea medication for your cat (or go to the vet and they can give you it), and give your cat a flea shampoo bath (this really helped my dog!!! I use Zodiac). Then vacuum all of the places where the cat tends to hang out, such as carpets, furniture. Be sure to get rid of it asap before they reproduce and then your house will be infested
