    well it depends on the age, you will have to be extra carefull with the more younger ones, to make shure they arent alone or else they could get hurt, you should try planning some activities they can all do together and that they will all enjoy, like playing duck duck goose, or tag, and stuff like that. maybe some of the younger kids will have a tantrum or two but if you try to go easy on them it will all be fine.

You really have to like children, you may get paid bi-weekly. It depends on what age group that you will work with, but if you are working with toddlers you may have to help with potty training, read and sing to them.
