What can you do with a Bachelor's in Child Development?

  You need to speak to an advisor/counselor at your school who should be able to tell you what your next steps would be for what you want to do. You are looking for a credential, but it is different for Preschool and Kindergarten. It might vary from state to state too, the requirements that you will need to fulfill. So again, your best bet is to speak to the advisor/counselor. If salary is important to you, there is a huge difference between being a Preschool Teacher and a Kindergarten Teacher. The Kindergarten Teacher would make more, unless you want to be a Special Ed Preschool Teacher, then you would make a little bit more than the Kindergarten Teacher.
