Why am I not getting alerts on my 360 page?

My 360 alerts are on ,but im not getting them on my messenger ,,why not?

• only way i know i got comments or 360 mail is if i go to my pg ,,i use to recieve alerts but i dont now

  No e-mail notifications for 360 has happened many times before. Some people are getting them still; some people are not. I don't have alerts set up for Messenger, but I do have them set up for Yahoo! Mail. They're not showing up in Y!Mail, so it's unsurprising that they are missing in Messenger too. In the case of Y!Mail, typically a backlog of alerts come in at some point. Perhaps the same will happen in Y!Messenger eventually. Yahoo! 360 is a beta service (i.e. testing - although not actively anymore) and some features do not work correctly. It's been this way since 2005. So, glitches/problems were likely and using the service is a risk for users. Modules have become more glitchy since Yahoo! announced that they would no longer fix 360-related bugs starting October 2007, as they prepared to transition the service to a universal profile system.
