How do I get a new Yahoo account?

HELP!!! How do I get my 360 page back now that I've created a new yahoo account? Or,how do I create a new one?

  From experience I know that if you deleted the primary account that you've lost access to the old 360. But it seems that if they let you create a yahoo account from that screen name you should be able to create a new 360 from it. I've had several accounts using the same email address that wasn't a yahoo address, so unless they've changed the guidelines, that shouldn't be the problem. Hopefully there is just an update or some small problem going on right now that will be solved later today. A few weeks ago I couldn't post a comment but was able to later on. Try again later and hopefully it will work then.
