    The average score is between 0 and 10.  My company's product, PayByGroup, has a NPS score of 64.  The range is from -100 to 100.  The only strategy to improve your score is: 1. Build something people really need If you don't have a product that solves a deep-seated pain point for people, you simply won't get a high NPS.  Why?  Because if you're not giving them a "wow" moment in your product/solution, they have no reason to feel very positive about the experience. 2. Make sure the product works Some people build solutions to real problems, but the execution falls short.  Maybe it's the customer service, or the user experience.  Is your product full of bugs? These are things that can have a huge impact on how people perceive your product/service and positively or negatively affect your NPS.
