It won't be easy. Best option is to use web proxy like http://prxy.mooo.com/ If you can access browser configuration, you may try using real http proxy... But it may me blocked too. 100% working method would be to set-up own WWW server and run cgi-proxy on it - if you don't share info about it or password protect it, then it shouldn't be blocked.
