One program i used to use is called Recover my files It scans your hard drive (about 2 hours) and finds any file that was marked as deleted (deleted from My recycle bin) However only the trial is free as the program costs $59 However in this case i may advise to use a torrent site if you really need to recover your deleted files http://www.recovermyfiles.com/data-recovery-software-purchase.php For torrent sites you have to use google Hope that guides you a bit

Sorry, but once they are removed from the recycle bin, they are gone. You can get forensic software to try & retrieve the data. But unless it was extremely critical information, I don't think it would be cost effective. Here are some sites that "claim" they can do it inexpensively, but I would be very reluctant to expect them to work.
