try calling your isp i know cox has free website hosting. i think that freewebs.com may put a banner after 15 days but i havent been there for a while so i wudnt know

Why should someone give you something for nothing? The reason things are free on the internet 99% of the time is because there are ads on them that cover the costs. You can get web hosting for about $1.50 a month though, which is practically free :)
