How did you relieve your hip/lower back pain caused by sleeping position?

there is no easy answer. everyone finds comfort in a different position. use lots of pillows to prop you up and your growing tummy. that is what i found to work best.

I use a body pillow. You wrap your legs around it and hug it basically! Its way more comfy!!!!! It supports everything! I couldn't sleep till I got my body pillow! GOOD LUCK HUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ps...when are you finding out what your having ?!?!?!?!?!

you dont have to sleep on your side until 20 weeks. but for the pain you can try tylenol and a heating pad. also a nice bath could help. good luck and congrats
