Take Charcoal, preferably the round cut up ones (the ones they use for hookah), and scrub your teeth for around a minute or 2 than rinse with water seriously it works. Or Use Baking Soda, haven't tried this personally but heard it works. And always remember to brush before bed, sometimes you feel lazy but still keep at it, it helps a ton.
