  In general, no, you can't *sell* any representations (photos, photocopies, paintings, sculpts, crochet, etc) of items which are protected by trademark or copyright. You can make them for yourself, give them as gifts, etc, but can't sell them unless you get permission or pay for that privilege (and then generally only for so-many sold representations). People do it all the time though and get away with it because they have a low profile (selling to friends and not online for example), or the holder of the trademark/copyright can't afford to monitor everywhere and then have the money to do more than send a warning letter to any offenders they find. There are many companies though with deep pockets and an intense will to protect their trademarked/copyrighted stuff... Disney is one of those, e.g., and they even monitor "craft fairs."
