Where should I stay in Paris on a budget? I have only 3 days to explore Paris in summer.?

Hi, The less expensive I know is the Family Residence, very well located near the Eiffel Tower.

There are budget hotels within and just outside of Paris city limits, but not so much in the center of the city, particularly near the Eiffel Tower. Of course, this also depends on how we're defining "budget", since your idea of inexpensive accommodations might differ from mine. One of the cheapest hotel chains I know of in France is Etap. (Formule 1 hotels are cheaper, but you share bathrooms and showers, whereas with Etap you get your own for slightly more.) However, neither Etap nor Formule 1 have locations in the heart of the city. Paris is fairly compact, though, and very well served by public transportation, so even if you're not within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower or other major tourist attractions, odds are you're only about 30 or 40 minutes tops by métro or bus.
