What is your budget? A/V receiver different from speakers or something in a box? Need to know how $$$$ you want to spend, cannot help you guessing. You already have a PS3 (great) What TV you have? 7.1 is the best for Blue Ray.

All you need to buy is an A/V receiver and some speakers. Make sure that the receiver you choose has at least 3 HDMI inputs to plug all your electronics in and one HDMI output ;) Run an HDMI cable from the input on your tv to the output on receiver. Plug your PS3, Xbox and laptop into the HDMI inputs on the back of the receiver and you'll have surround sound!
