Do you need a HD TV to see a difference with Blue Ray DVD's.Or can you see a difference in picture with a Blueray DVD (compared to a normal DVD) with a non Hd TV? I am asking ...show more

Answer:
The tv can only show you as good of a picture as it can handle. The change from standard definition to HD is night and day; however, its all in what you are using it for. If you are just using it for gaming and are alright with the picture you have then stick with it, but if you plan to spend the higher dollar amount for Blu-Ray then you should upgrade your tv.
