  I will advise you that this is illegal in the United States under the Digital Millennium Copy Right Act and is illegal in many other countries that observe the WIPO Copyright Treaty. It is illegal in these countries to sell or provide software that will circumvent copyright protection encryption measures. Having said that, a technology was developed called DeCSS that would allow for the decryption of the DVD copyright protection algorithms. This information was used to create a number of programs that were/are capable of doing this. One such program that you might still be able to find is called DVD Shrink. All I will say is that if you do choose to do crack the encryption on copy protected DVD's, you may have to do a bit of searching to find the software to do it. It would be illegal to directly link to it under US law.
