What is your budget? A Nikon D3200 is a very nice little camera. As far as lighting goes, do not buy cheap lights! You are far better off buying work lights at hardware store. You need a nice tripod with a fluid head. You may want to consider renting some equipment. Good stuff is very costly and the cheap stuff is a waste of money.
