Will sprint replace my blackberry curve (trackball isn't working) with the new curve 8530?

    Your trackball more than likely isn't working because it has to be popped out and cleaned every once in a while just like the old trackball mice, otherwise dirt and gunk starts affecting its performance. No, Sprint more than likely will not replace a phone for this problem unless it's a problem with the phone itself. Otherwise they will probably either instruct you on how to clean the trackball and/or replace the trackball.

it all depends on how long you have had your blackberry phone they have you ship it to them to see if they can repair it you just have to call tech support with sprint I have sprint also
