Can send a fax on a dsl line without phone service?

    No, a dsl line is digital for the internet and a land line runs off - 48 volts. Two different types of service. If your cpu has a fax modem, you can fax from it. Type fax modem into your start menu and find out. If you have one, there will be a wizard for setting it up.
