Hi Grace ! All network providers are different - the best option would be to check their web-site for more information. HOWEVER - To be fair, it shouldn't cost any more than double the standard rate ! Text messages (no matter where from or to) actually only cost a FRACTION of a penny to send AND receive. The rest is pure profit ! As I said - check with your provider honey. Best of luck - and send me 'un carte postale' (postcard) - or a stick of 'le rock' !
