  There is very little you can do. iPhone doesn't have this feature, and the only recommended app seems to have bad reviews. The only thing I could think of which will require that you change or port your number maybe you only solution, The first option is Google Voice which will actually serve as a smart phone. This will stop the calls as you can set up that person in a group (such as no good), and set them to never ring your phone. They will go straight to voice mail. SMS can still be received though. Another option is to use a service called Line 2 from Toktumi. However, this incurs a monthly fee. Likewise, you can set up people on a list to never ring your phone. I am not sure how it would handle SMS though, and neither of these services handles MMS. The problem is Apple (owners of iPhone, and App Store) does not normally allow apps that "interfere" with the functionality of the phone. Call Managers such as those found on Android and RIM intercepts the call - compares it, and either drops the caller, or allows the call to go through. Since this is something that Apple is doing, you may have to accept that you can't get this feature until you change your line of phone OS, or until Apple decides that you might want this feature.
