What's the easiest way to scrape residential phone numbers and names into .csv format?

I want to record my old vinyl record collection onto digital format whats the easiest way?

    They make inexpensive turntables nowadays that have a USB cable coming out of them that you can just plug right into your computer and then use your computer to record the signal coming in from the turntable directly (see link, below).

Use any digital recorder (small hand held unit or direct to a computer mic) save it on your computer and burn... simple as that (but for best quality there are far superior methods... even systems that are designed to play and record the record internally... sorta like recording a tv show through a vcr without a tv....)
