How to put movies and videos into my ipod touch through iTune?

    First, you should know, you can't drag the avi files to itunes, itunes can't support avi, and iPod touch supports some special mp4 file well, not all, such as 640x480 mp4(avc/h.264 video encoder, aac audio encoder) video format is the best video format for iPod touch, so I think, you just need a right converter to convert mp4 or avi to the right iPod touch mp4.
