Which HDTV should I get?

I have $400 and i want to buy a HDTV and I want to know which of these HDTV's should i get ?

Sylvania 22 in. Class LCD Integrated 720p HDTV Element 26 in. (Diagonal) Class LCD Integrated HDTV (720p)

None of those they are what they call trow away sets. They would end up costing you more when you have to replace them.
