I'm guessing that you have a bad splitter or wire somewhere. It sounds like your not getting a good signal. Make sure all connections (throughout the house) are tight and that your splitters are grounded. The 2nd guess is that your HD wires from the box to the tv could be bad. After that, you may have to call Verizon and have them check it out.
