I hve a 1998 vw jetta gl yesterday i turned on my car to heat up and notice the light was blinking of the antifreeze so after i got off work i put some antifreeze in it the next ...show more

Normal, the anti-freeze "shrinks." Are you using G12 the pink/red stuff??

Sometimes you have to cycle the ignition to get rid of the code... you did that when you turned it off the second time...
