I am having this problem also. It is a new problem. A friend comes online and I message them and then receive no reply but get it as an offline message later. I am also having problems with friends webcams not working. Also when I log on I get a list of add requests that I have already accepted or declined so I think the problems are connected. This is so annoying as it happens every time and I can't get rid of it. I notice a lot of people are having this problem but no one seems to have the right answer. Maybe it is a virus????
