What companies in the Silicon Valley hire UX Designers from abroad?

Answer:
I'll write this answer as a UX designer hired by a Silicon Valley company. Short answer - not many. Longer answer: Silicon Valley companies are usually well funded and hiring resources abroad isn't really a part of their business strategy. There is plenty of talent in the Valley and it's simply easier to work with in house designers or local agencies compared to the hassles of time zone differences and language barriers. That said, it comes down to what the company needs and what the designer has to offer. If it's a great match, it doesn't really matter where the company or the designer is - they will find a way to work together. This was my case and it's been successful for almost 3 years now.
