Yes, this a genuine problem. It is really very tough to find a decent job in India related to our field even after completing masters degree. I had faced the same situation a while ago. Companies hunt for experienced candidates as it would benefit them. It is pretty obvious that they would have to spend a lot of energy, money and time on teaching you new basic things about the work which they could skip, if they hired a person with an experience in the same field who would yield them profits at a much rapid rate then you would.So I would advise you to get registered with the job offering sites and keep looking for the right opportunity, apply, go for the interviews and keep your hopes up. You might just turn lucky. It isn’t that tough to get a job :) Bangalore has good opportunities for the freshers. Moreover, keep in mind that you should not expect a salary of more than 15K a month. Anything below this mark, accept it (of course don’t accept anything that is unworthy of your masters degree). You will get promotions in the near future once you’re expert at what you do.Hope this helps you!!
