At at the age of 22, do I work for a software company with no work-life balance, or do I look to work at a software company which has a good work-life balance?
-
Company A - No work-life balance. Learning in terms of knowledge is a lot. Developer role here Company B - Very chilled out place. Tester role here. At 22 should I care about work-life balance or just work to get maximum knowledge? P.S: Both companies are among the top 5 companies.
-
Answer:
Company A. Because of the developer role. Role first, company later.
