  I've been wondering the same thing since I'll be starting college in the fall, as well. I wouldn't want to buy too many things because there's a high possibility you won't use them all. I'd just get 1 or 2 subject notebook for each class since there will probably be A LOT of note taking. Maybe a binder or folder where you can put papers and handouts in. Another thing is a laptop. Writing papers will be the norm so it's imperative that you get one. A printer too, but you can always print things out in your school's library or computer lab. In case, you need more info, I'd call the school and ask. Plus, on the 1st day of classes, the teachers will tell you what to expect and what you'll need. I hope this helps and good luck in the fall!
