How can i get job in the Hotel?

I want to get a summer job at a Beach Resort where I can have lodging on hotel grounds but idk how to find one?

I worked at disney world and various around central Florida resort hotels and have never heard of that...well disney helps foreign workers at epcot get housing but that's different. I worked at disney at 17 and 18 and there were tons of young kids there too and many of us shared apartments around Orlando...you could look into disney summer jobs and just team up with a few other summer workers and get your own place...one of you will have to be old enough to get a lease/rental agreement though.
