Powerful amp at a good price?

Would a boss phantom 5000 watt amp be good for a Orion hcca 12" 4 ohm sub. I want a good price amp.?

Although it may get the done barely, its about having respect an pride in the money you invest. Whatever amp you choose to get will end up in a 2ohm or 1ohm wiring which is better for those subs anyway. Boss isn't CEA certified at all which means you wont be the watts you think you are getting, now feeding a high class hcca sub with dirty power boss isn't good at all. For some real power check out dc audio on their amps they range from 1k to 10k watts

Yea dat is more than enough power needed which is good so. u wont have to run the amp full power which will make it last longer.. boss audio is pretty decent and will get the job done
