What is the best cruise to Alaska?

My family (including a 3 yr old), are looking for the best cruise to Alaska from Seattle. What do you think?

  • Seattle is only 3 hours from home, so we are looking into a cruise to Alaska from there. I don't really care what ports the ship stops at. My priorities are fun things to do ...show more

  • Answer:

Do know that children have to be potty-trained to be allowed to use the pools (since that's important to you). Swim diapers are not permitted. To be honest, I can't think of a lot of things for a 3-year-old to do onboard a ship. But then, my son was 9 before I took him. But I don't think a 3-year-old is going to enjoy a rock-climbing wall, or mini-golf, or stuff like that. He's not going to enjoy dance lessons or trivia contests, or the fantastic Alaska scenery.
